ANUBHUTI The Annual Festival of The Infinity School



Anubhuti – the annual learning showcase of The Infinity School learners, is no less than a festival that enthuses children and facilitators alike.
This year the event was held on 18th February, 2023, that celebrated the learning of every young bud sprouting in various Thinkrooms of the school. Learners of all grades including the youngest tots of pre-nursery participated in Anubhuti. Incredible India’, was the theme of Anubhuti 2023. India is a diverse and culturally rich nation. TIS learners took inspiration from that and embarked on a voyage across Incredible India, showcasing their learning through various literary & artistic presentations, flipped classrooms, and hands-on experiences. Mr. Pramod Sharma, a veteran academician, winner of the National Award For Teachers, and currently the Vice President of the School Management Committee, Genesis Global School inaugurated the event with the lighting of the lamp ceremony. Distinguished and internationally acclaimed music maestros Pandit Shubhendra Rao and Saskia Rao-de Haas graced the occasion. Several other dignitaries attended the event whose presence motivated the learners. The entire event was divided into sections and slots as per the activities and performances, held at various learning spaces in the school. Guests and parents could choose to visit any of the programmes in any of the time slots. The Infinity School learners presented the theme of Atulya Bharat – Incredible India through. Kshudha – Nukkad natak on ‘Zero hunger’ A short heart-touching street play based on food shortage and hunger issues being faced across the country, was performed by learners of grades 6 and 7. The presentation was an assertion of the meaningful appreciation of world issues by young minds who are willing to make a difference. Angika – Nritya ki Anubhuti Learners brought forth enchanting India with dance forms like Kathak in classical; Bhangra & Bihu in folk dances; local dance forms like Katputli website dance and more. A 3D printing drive where visitors could order customized keychains and souvenirs at minimal costs of ₹ 50 and ₹ 100 was organised to fund a social cause. The initiative was rooted in one of the core values of The Infinity School, i.e ‘CARE’ and encouraged the creative and entrepreneurial spirit of learners. Tantrika – THOTS Challenges A check here higher-order thinking challenge was organised by learners of The Infinity School for the parents and guests. THOTS is part of the academic curriculum for learners of The Infinity School from grade 1 onwards to strengthen their thinking process. Gyanand – Academic Presentations Most of the time it is adults like parents and teachers who teach children. At The Infinity School’s annual extravaganza, the audience was up for a surprise to learn than to teach with ‘flipped classrooms’. Learners of all grades from pre-primary to middle school presented academic lessons, on a variety of topics like Aryabhatta’s number system, the formulation of Pi, figures of speech etc across subjects. The audience enjoyed the gyan and was immersed in a happy exchange. Learners of Early Years had theme-based presentations like Glimpses of India, Indian Values, States of India – Culture, food, art, clothing and Rivers of India. Pratibimb – A Walk-through Art Exhibition The entire school was decorated with works of art which the learners had prepared throughout read more the academic year. The displays took guests on a journey of various art forms of India. As Ms Sangeeta Kapoor, Principal of The Infinity School says, ”Learning is an ongoing journey in the path of life.
